Terms and Conditions for tfh trade Program

Welcome to our trade program! By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility

    • This program is exclusively for professional designers and trade professionals with a valid trade certification or equivalent proof of credentials.

    • We do not offer direct services or sales to customers. All transactions must be facilitated by the registered designer or trade professional.

  2. Design Assistance

    • This program does not include design consultation, advice, or assistance. Designers are expected to handle all aspects of design and project management for their clients.

  3. Discounts

    • Discounts offered under this program apply only to registered designers and trade professionals.

    • Proof of trade status is required for eligibility.

  4. Payment and Responsibility

    • Designers are solely responsible for collecting payments from their clients.

    • All purchases made under this program require a 50% deposit at the time of order placement and the balance paid in full before pickup.

  5. Return and Exchange Policy

    • Furniture and Special Order Items: All furniture and special-order item sales are final and non-returnable.

    • Accessories: Returns or exchanges for accessories are allowed within 7 days of purchase and will be issued as store credit only to the trade professional’s account. Tags must be attached and proof of purchase is required.

  6. Order Placement

    • Orders must be placed by the registered designer or trade professional. We do not include trade discounts on orders placed directly by the client.

  7. Program Termination

    • We reserve the right to revoke participation in the program at any time if the terms and conditions are not followed.

Delivery of Furniture

  • We are not responsible for the delivery of furniture or decor items.

  • We can provide contact information for reliable delivery services that you may coordinate with directly. All delivery arrangements, payments, and responsibilities are solely between you and the delivery service provider.

By joining the program, you confirm your understanding and agreement to these terms. These conditions are designed to support the unique needs of trade professionals and ensure the integrity of the program.
