Follow up
After the Request for Merchandise form is submitted, follow up with Patty, Lauren, Staci, or Rae to ensure it has been received. Check in regularly to stay up to date on order progress, you can notify the customer when the order is placed or any big changes happen if you would like but not required.
Contact customer
After the order arrives, contact the customer and let them know. We will only hold unpaid special order merchandise for a week before it is put out on the floor.
